Casey D’Arconte graduated from the Attleboro High School culinary arts program and went on to graduate from the New England Culinary Institute in Vermont. His culinary education then took him to Rotterdam, Holland, and an apprenticeship at a French hotel. Back in New England, he was sous chef at Chillingsworth in Brewster on Cape Cod. Casey then served as head chef at Pot au Feu. After some time in the food sales industry, he took over ownership here at The Breakfast Place creating a menu that features upscale and unique dishes as well as standard breakfast favorites all at good prices.
